Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tax and ROC Specialist located in Visakhapatnam. The Tax Specialist will be responsible for tax planning, tax preparation, and ensuring compliance with tax laws. Additional responsibilities include strong knowledge on ROC Filings, staying updated on changes in tax regulations, and contributing to a variety of financial and tax-related projects (Intimations & Assessments). The candidate will work closely with the DSQUARE team to provide exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Tax Planning and Tax Preparation techniques
• Comprehensive knowledge of Tax and Tax Law
• Good Knowledge in Company law and ROC Filings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in accounting or tax-related software tools is an advantage
• Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional education background- Qualified CA/CMA or CA Inter Both Groups cleard (preferred)
