What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.This is the process of generating financial statements in accordance with client policies and statutory requirements. Activities include IFRS to local GAAP reconciliation, updating notes accounts, XBRL tagging, preparing tax packs etc.
What are we looking for? End to End understanding of Regulatory Reporting activities, Group wide reporting financial and tax reportingExtensive experience of audit, both Statutory and Tax auditIndepth understanding of Treasury function Good communication and stakeholder management skillsSupport SOX audits and governance reporting requirements.Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).Ability to drive transformation, process improvements, and automation initiatives.Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 9, US GAAP) and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with the treasury, risk management, and audit teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and accounting requirementsEnsure process controls are in place; Maintain, validate and update process documentations as applicable to ensure compliance with Customer and Accenture documentation requirements.Perform Root Cause Analysis on issues faces and suggest appropriate corrective action for current remediation and future controlMust be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improved accuracy or enhance controlsSAP/ Oracle ExperienceExperience working in a BPO environment or outsourcing settingExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy
Roles and Responsibilities:
