Your role will involve collaborating with seasoned professionals to address complex tax and regulatory challenges, offering tailored solutions to clients across diverse industries. **Key Responsibilities:** - Expert knowledge on direct and indirect tax matters, including corporate tax, GST, and international tax. - Provide tax-efficient strategies and solutions for clients. - Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations in a timely manner. - Assist clients with mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and transaction structuring. - Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. - Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations in India and identify potential risks or opportunities. - Deliver quality work efficiently, respond to client queries promptly, and consistently meet client expectations. - Represent the Firm at seminars/tax forums, write articles, and contribute to knowledge sharing. **Qualifications Required:** - Qualified CA/CMA. - Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
