Job Title: Tax Advocate – GST Appeals & Litigation

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Tax Advocate with expertise in GST litigation to handle appeals, writ petitions, and legal advisory in GST matters. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of GST law, procedures, and the ability to represent clients before tribunals and High Courts.

Key Responsibilities:

· Draft, file, and manage GST appeals, writ petitions, and representations before appellate authorities and courts.

· Appear and argue matters before Appellate Tribunals, High Courts, and GST authorities.

· Provide legal opinions and advisory on GST issues, notices, and disputes.

· Stay updated with changes in GST laws, notifications, and case laws.

· Collaborate with the internal tax and compliance teams for case preparation.

· Maintain proper documentation and case records.

Requirements:

· Qualified Advocate with 3–6 years of experience in taxation law (focus on GST preferred).

· Strong expertise in GST litigation, appeals, and writ petitions.

· In-depth understanding of GST Act, rules, and procedures.

· Excellent drafting, research, and presentation skills.

· Ability to handle multiple cases independently.
