Tax Accountant (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi)

Roles and Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations Advise on International Taxation, including DTAA, FEMA, and Transfer Pricing Prepare and review tax returns, filings, and documentation for audits Support tax planning and structuring of domestic and cross-border investments Liaise with tax authorities and external consultants on assessments and notices Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business Maintain up-to-date tax records and reports for internal and external stakeholders Role Requirements: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Candidates with a Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related fields with relevant tax experience may also apply 4+ years of experience in tax consulting or compliance, preferably within financial services or investment firms Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and International Taxation Proven experience handling DTAA, FEMA, and Transfer Pricing matters Proficiency in MS Excel, tax computation software, and reporting tools Excellent understanding of Indian taxation laws and global tax frameworks Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills Ability to liaise effectively with auditors, tax authorities, and stakeholders Show more Show less
