Tata Motors Commercial Vehicle AMC Warranty Manager


Position Summary

This role entails leading a team to support the TATA CV Warranty claims processing in accordance with the established guidelines, maintaining the necessary documentation, KPI, system developments and Business queries.


Location – Gandhinagar & Sevaliya


Work Experience

· Will be responsible for AMC/Warranty Claims processing

· Setting timelines for deliverables. Meet performance standards as per agreed KPI for the team.

· Ensuring Regular Governance in place (Internal & External Governance Meeting with teams and Business)

· Defining and managing priorities against the available capacity of team members.

· Facilitating and leading daily team meetings.

· Identify new strategy that will support the business needs

· Responsible for resource utilization, productivity, process performance and quality.

· Creating a collaborative, innovative and efficient working culture.

· Upholding morale and team performance in challenging circumstances.

· Adhere to quality assurance guidelines and maintain high levels of quality while delivering services to respective agencies.

· Establish team as well as individual goals and deliver against the same as per defined service delivery framework and quality processes

Job Responsibilities

1. Functional Knowledge of Skills (Must Have):

End to End functional knowledge of Warranty Claims Management which includes Warranty Claims processing and other activities related to Claims processing

Knowledge of Dealer Management System/ CRM/Siebel/SAP/Other Automotive dealer management system or portal or module.

Good analytical/Digital mind set and communication skill with dealer/Customers/Channel partners handling experience will be preferred

2.Leadership Behavior: Good leadership qualities for team handling

3.Educational Qualification: Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering

4.Technical Skill required: Technical Knowledge related to Commercial Vehicles (Essential)

5.Language Proficiency: English (Read, Write, Speak)

6.Experience Required: >6 Years of working in warranty process Operations
