Commis I (Tandoor)
We are seeking a passionate Commis I – Tandoor to assist in preparing and cooking a variety of tandoori dishes, including kebabs, rotis, and breads, under the guidance of senior chefs. The role involves daily mise-en-place, maintaining the tandoor, ensuring food quality, and upholding hygiene and safety standards.
Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in an Indian or tandoor kitchen, good knowledge of tandoor operations, and a willingness to learn.
