Tally Support Executive

Role Overview: - Provide technical assistance and support to customers, primarily focusing on Tally accounting software. - Diagnose and resolve technical issues, assist with product usage, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Offer timely and accurate technical support through various channels such as Anydesk, Ultraviewer, TeamViewer, Zoom, phone, email, and chat. - Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices for maximizing their use of Tally software. - Provide training and guidance on software navigation and utilization tailored to their business needs. - Escalate complex issues to higher-level support and collaborate with the technical team to develop solutions for recurring issues. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions, update knowledge base articles, and support resources. - Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels and retention. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - Proven experience in Tally technical support or customer service. - In-depth knowledge of Tally accounting software. - Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in using CRM systems. - Good organizational skills and the ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
