Tally Prime -Trainer

We are looking for a Tally Trainer who can effectively train students and professionals on TallyPrime, accounting concepts, GST, TDS, payroll, and other financial modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime and a passion for teaching and mentoring learners toward professional success. Key Responsibilities:Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime. Teach accounting concepts including Journal Entries, Ledger Creation, Trial Balance, P&L, and Balance Sheet preparation. Cover GST, TDS, Payroll, Inventory Management, and other taxation modules in Tally. Prepare and deliver training materials, assignments, and practical case studies. Evaluate students’ progress through tests, assessments, and feedback sessions. Stay updated with latest versions of Tally and government tax regulations. Assist in curriculum design and course structure improvement. Provide placement assistance and guidance to students (if applicable). Required Skills and Competencies:Strong knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime. In-depth understanding of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Payroll. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, practical, and interactive way. Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with computerized accounting systems. Patience and passion for teaching. Educational Qualification:B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / or equivalent qualification. Tally Certification (preferred). Experience:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Tally training or accounting practice. Freshers with strong Tally and accounting skills may also apply (with training aptitude). Salary Range:₹15,000 – ₹25000 per month (depending on experience & location) Incentives for performance / student enrolments
