Tally Operator

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Tally Sales Executive with a strong background in accounting and hands-on experience in Tally Prime. The ideal candidate should be capable of demonstrating Tally software features to clients, handling pre- and post-sales support, and providing basic accounting guidance related to GST, payroll, and other modules. The role requires a blend of accounting knowledge and client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Tally Prime software solutions to businesses and individual clients
• Conduct product demonstrations, explain features and benefits, and resolve client queries
• Guide clients on GST compliance, return filing, and e-invoicing using Tally
• Assist clients in setting up Payroll Management, including salary processing and statutory compliance (EPF, ESI, etc.)
• Provide support in Import/Export documentation and accounting through Tally
• Handle installation, activation, and troubleshooting of Tally software at client sites or remotely
• Maintain records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the support and technical teams to resolve escalated issues
• Stay updated with the latest Tally Prime features, GST laws, and financial regulations
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Educational Qualification: B.Com or equivalent (Accounting/Finance background preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience with Tally Prime and its modules
• Good knowledge of GST, return filing, TDS, payroll, and basic statutory compliance
• Exposure to Import/Export accounting in Tally
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently or with a team
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) is a plus
• Prior experience in Tally sales or support will be an added advantage
• Preferred Attributes:
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and demos
• Customer-first attitude with strong follow-up discipline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
