Job Description

Role Overview

Tally Automation will drive centralization and automation of finance processes within Tally across all business units. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and seamless integration with SAP and Candour.

Key Responsibilities

Define and lead Tally automation roadmap for centralized finance operations.
Oversee automation of reconciliations, reporting, and accounting entries.
Drive integration of Tally with SAP, Candour, and other enterprise systems.
Work with finance leadership to ensure compliance and process standardization.
Manage partners/vendors for development and implementation.

Requirements

812 years of experience in finance automation or ERP transformation.
Deep understanding of Tally ERP and integration with enterprise systems.
Experience/exposure in automation tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, Python/VBA scripting for Tally APIs.
Strong knowledge of accounting and compliance workflows.
Proven track record of managing automation projects in finance.
Ability to work cross-functionally with IT and Finance teams.
