Job Summary: We are urgently looking for a Billing & Accounts Executive who can handle Tally billing, basic accounting, Excel work, and telephonic payment follow-ups simultaneously. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Tally, be comfortable with client communication, and possess strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process sales bills and invoices using Tally software. Maintain accurate accounting entries and daily financial records. Handle payment collections and telephonic follow-ups with clients for pending payments. Update payment status regularly and share reports with the management. Prepare and maintain Excel sheets for billing, outstanding payments, and financial summaries. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, GST calculations, and TDS entries. Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams to ensure smooth billing and delivery processes. Resolve customer queries related to billing and payments politely and efficiently. Ensure timely reporting and maintain documentation of transactions. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field. Proficiency in Tally (billing and accounting) and MS Excel. Good communication skills for telephonic follow-ups and client coordination. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently (billing, accounting, follow-ups). Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Preferred: Prior experience in billing, accounting, or payment follow-up roles. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliances.
