Job Description

Job Title: Tally Acc / Accounts Executive (Tally) Location: [Insert Location] Department: Accounts / Finance Reports to: Senior Accountant / Finance Manager --- Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced individual to manage our daily accounting operations using Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, managing GST and TDS compliance, and assisting in audits and other financial tasks. --- Key Responsibilities: Enter and manage day-to-day financial transactions in Tally. Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, and journal entries. Generate and analyze financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, etc.). Manage GST entries, returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), and reconciliation. Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and filings. Reconcile bank statements with company records. Maintain accounts payable and receivable records. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing. Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. --- Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting with Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and payroll. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. --- Preferred Skills: Experience with inventory management in Tally. Knowledge of e-Invoicing
