Tally Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tally Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting and financial operations using Tally ERP software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records using Tally ERP
• Handle day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, invoices, and ledgers
• Generate GST returns, TDS calculations, and file monthly/quarterly returns
• Assist in payroll processing and employee expense tracking
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with audits
• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and financial regulations
• Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
• Strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with spreadsheets and accounting software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
