Talent Scout- Intern

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing and Recruitment:

   • Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
   • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.

2. Screening and Shortlisting:

   • Review resumes to evaluate candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
   • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit for the role.

3. Interview Coordination:

   • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
   • Provide timely follow-up and feedback to candidates and stakeholders.

4. Recruitment Operations:

   • Update and maintain recruitment trackers and databases.
   • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.
   • Prepare recruitment metrics and reports for the Talent Acquisition team.

5. Candidate Experience:

   • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process and address candidate queries promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed) is a plus.
