People Operations Coordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your expertise in HR operations, technology, compliance, and employee relations while making a meaningful impact across the organization.

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including document collection, HR system updates, and equipment coordination.


• Collaborate with local and global teams to deliver a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.

• Oversee offboarding processes such as equipment recovery, access revocation, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.


• Update HR systems and maintain accurate documentation for departing employees.

• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors).


• Process data updates for promotions, transfers, terminations, and compensation changes.

• Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and benefits administration.


• Support lifecycle events including performance reviews, promotions, and contract renewals.

• Ensure timely completion and organization of employment contracts, salary revisions, and other HR documents.


• Maintain compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.

• Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to support operational needs.


• Coordinate with Payroll, Digital Workplace, Security, Global Risk & Compliance, and other departments.

Education:

• Bachelor s degree or Graduate HR certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3 years in HR operations, preferably in a global organization.

• Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors)


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


• Quick learner with adaptability to change


• Solid understanding of Indian labor laws and employment regulations


• Customer service mindset with patience and attention to detail


• Collaborative team player
