People Operations Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including document collection, HR system updates, and equipment coordination.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to deliver a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.

Offboarding

• Oversee offboarding processes such as equipment recovery, access revocation, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Update HR systems and maintain accurate documentation for departing employees.

HR Systems & Data

• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors).
• Process data updates for promotions, transfers, terminations, and compensation changes.

Employee Lifecycle Support

• Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and benefits administration.
• Support lifecycle events including performance reviews, promotions, and contract renewals.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure timely completion and organization of employment contracts, salary revisions, and other HR documents.
• Maintain compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to support operational needs.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Digital Workplace, Security, Global Risk & Compliance, and other departments.

• Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors)

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelors degree or Graduate HR certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3 years in HR operations, preferably in a global organization.
