Job Description

SAP Technical ABAP Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled

SAP Technical ABAP Consultant with more than 5 years of

experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in

SAP ABAP development in the S/4 HANA environment

. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining SAP solutions to support business processes while ensuring high-quality delivery and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and enhance SAP modules using
ABAP programming
to meet business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize SAP applications for performance and scalability.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, coding standards, and user guides.
Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, quality standards, and security protocols.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution reliability.
Provide technical support for SAP implementations, upgrades, and migrations (e.g.,
SAP S/4HANA
).
Stay updated on SAP technologies, particularly new developments in
ABAP
.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education
: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience
: Minimum
5 years of experience
in SAP ABAP development.
Strong hands-on experience in:

ABAP/4
programming (Reports, BAPIs, BADIs, Adobe Forms, SmartForms, Scripts, ALE/IDocs, Enhancements).
Object-Oriented
ABAP
and
CDS
(Core Data Services) Views.
Troubleshooting and debugging scenarios.
Performance tuning and Code checks

Experience in S/4 HANA migration projects is a plus.
Hands-on experience with O
Data

, and
RFCs
.
Good understanding of SAP modules such as
SD, MM, FI/CO
,
PM, PP, EWM
