People Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for a warm, empathetic and organized teammate who enjoys understanding people, building connections and supporting a positive workplace.

Role Purpose

To assist in recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day HR coordination, while helping create meaningful experiences for our teammates.

What You Will Do

• Call and screen candidates
  
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  
• Maintain recruitment trackers
  
• Help with onboarding, welcome kits and first-day experience
  
• Manage attendance follow-ups and basic HR documentation
  
• Plan small engagement activities & celebrations
  
• Support training sessions and maintain training records
  
• Prepare simple reports in Google Sheets
  
• Ensure smooth communication across HR touchpoints

Requirements

• A psychology/behavioural science graduate or someone deeply interested in people
  
• Warm, patient, empathetic
  
• A great listener
  
• Organized, detail-oriented and reliable
  
• Someone who loves follow-up & coordination
  
• Comfortable taking guidance and executing plans

What You Will Not Do

This role does not involve:

• Policy making
  
• Handling grievances
  
• Taking HR-related decisions
