Job Description

As a Talent and Performance Platforms Manager, you will be an integral part of the Talent Management and Technology team, taking the lead in driving global talent initiatives. Your primary focus will involve overseeing the development, enhancement, and execution of the performance management process and Talent Marketplace strategy. In addition to managing a team, you will be directly involved in key deliverables, collaborating with stakeholders from HR and various business functions, and ensuring operational excellence in talent management processes. Your responsibilities will include: Team Leadership & Development: - Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Senior Associates within the Talent Management and Technology team. - Allocating work, ensuring deliverables are in line with team priorities, and providing performance feedback. - Cultivating a collaborative and results-driven team culture. System Enhancement & Optimization: - Collaborating with HR Technology teams to test, validate, and implement platform enhancements in Workday and Eightfold. - Ensuring that platform functionality meets business needs and user experience standards. Content Strategy & Training: - Reviewing, refining, and overseeing the creation of global training materials and process documentation. - Ensuring content quality, consistency, and accessibility across all platforms, including SharePoint and global language adaptations. Data Analytics & Reporting: - Providing strategic insights through data analysis and dashboards. - Ensuring the delivery of accurate and actionable data reports to business stakeholders, HR colleagues, and leadership. Process Improvement: - Identifying and implementing process efficiencies across talent management workflows. - Leading efforts for continuous improvement. Communication & Change Management: - Drafting high-level internal communications to support talent initiatives. - Acting as a liaison with HR stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and change management processes.,
