Talent & People Specialist

As a Talent & People Specialist at Vena, your primary responsibility will be managing the employee lifecycle at our Indore office in India. Your role will involve recruiting top talent for technical positions, coordinating the recruitment process, and providing day-to-day HR administration support. You should excel in a fast-paced environment, possess strong organizational skills, and have a keen interest in learning and adapting to new challenges. Your impact will be significant as you serve as the main point of contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding HR practices, policies, benefits, recruitment, and employee programs. Collaborating with hiring managers globally, you will define job requirements, support recruitment efforts, and implement effective talent sourcing strategies. Additionally, you will facilitate recruitment assessments, coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensure seamless communication between Vena offices in Canada and India. In this role, you will maintain data accuracy and documentation integrity using our HRIS system (ADP), build a pipeline of potential candidates through various channels, and stay abreast of HR policies and procedures. Your ability to prospect passive candidates, manage relationships effectively, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment will be crucial to your success.
