Job Description

As a Talent Partner at MX, you will play a crucial role in directly supporting our operations, finance, accounting, and legal business units. Your main responsibility will be to utilize your creativity and outstanding people skills to attract top-tier team members who align with MX's mission, mindset, and disposition. Your duties will involve collaborating with Senior Talent Partners to establish strategies for attracting the talent needed for MX to achieve its ambitious mission. You will also be tasked with implementing key initiatives to recruit sales-centric disciplines across the organization, streamlining the full recruiting cycle with Talent and Hiring managers, and participating in community and industry networking events within the FinTech and startup sectors. Additionally, you will leverage key metrics to analyze and refine staffing projections, partner with People Experience and hiring managers to drive the recruiting process through onboarding, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience through personalized outreach and engagement. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of related recruiting experience, a strong understanding of direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques, and the ability to embrace and articulate the MX story, vision, and culture. You should also possess a proven track record of identifying and qualifying exceptional candidates and excel in communication, organization, and follow-through. Comprehensive expertise in talent acquisition and retention, adaptability to fast-paced environments, effective multitasking and time management skills, as well as engaging follow-up are essential for this position. Advanced requirements include 2+ years of recruiting experience at a tech company in the Silicon Slopes region, a strong understanding of various positions, compensation structures, accelerators, local market trends, and methodologies in the enterprise SaaS space. Please note that this position does not accept sponsorship candidates and only US-based candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship will be considered. In terms of the work environment, the role involves working in the office for a standard 40-hour workweek to foster a dynamic and productive environment through face-to-face interactions, seamless communication, quick decision-making, and spontaneous collaboration among team members. The compensation for this role may include a base salary and other forms of cash compensation such as bonuses or commissions. Applicants must have the legal right to work in India without the need for sponsorship, as work sponsorship is not provided for this position. Proof of eligibility to work in India will be required during the hiring process.,
