# Full Time in office at Chennai # 2-5 years Experience #Masters in Management What will you do as a Talent Management professional at CFI ? CFI works closely with its clients to understand their talent development needs, set up the right development journeys and program manage them for client success. You, as the CFI Talent Management Professional will work with our clients’ Learning, Leader Development and Talent Management professionals on one side and its Chief Business Officer, Practice Leaders and Program managers on the other side through the entire life cycle of a client engagement. You will be expected to listen well to clients, understand their stated and unstated talent development needs, write good proposals, help create collaterals to support the journeys, undertake action research and program manage client engagements. The ideal Talent Management profile The ideal candidate should have a masters in management from a school of repute and have at 2 - 5 years of experience in a Learning or Talent function in an organisation or in an HR consulting company. You should possess outstanding spoken and written communication skills, the ability to think clearly, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, understand talent management and leader development from first principles, have the hunger to learn and the comfort of working for a successful but small organisation. The position is based in Chennai and requires working from office 5 days a week. More About CFI : What does CFI do?
