Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our hiring efforts across technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT recruitment, volume hiring, staff augmentation and stakeholder management, with a proven ability to scale teams efficiently.

Own and drive end-to-end recruitment for roles including Testers, Full Stack Developers, Node.js, Flutter, UX Designers, and Java Full Stack Engineers
Manage high-volume hiring through staff augmentation strategies
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Partner with delivery and business teams to understand hiring needs and timelines
Lead a team of recruiters and coordinate with external vendors
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and maintain recruitment metrics
Strengthen employer branding through candidate experience and outreach initiatives.
Manager talent fulfillment through internal sources like IJPs etc.
Monitor allocations and explore talent availability through various internal sources, bench etc.

Preferred candidate profile

8 to 12 years of experience in IT recruitment, mandatorily in BFSI or Fintech domains.
Proven track record in volume hiring and staff augmentation
Strong sourcing skills using job portals, social media, and databases
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics
Must have POCs for AI implementation in hiring and scaling the function.
MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred.

Please note, BFSI, Fintech hiring for large scale ramp ups a mandatory requirement.
