- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a holistic talent development strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Advise business units on L&D priorities to ensure learning solutions support performance, engagement, and growth.
- Learning Needs Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders across levels to assess capability gaps through tools like talent reviews, assessments, and feedback loops.
- Translate business needs into targeted learning roadmaps.
- Program Design & Delivery
- Lead the creation of development programs across onboarding, technical skills, behavioral skills, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Oversee the delivery of in-person and virtual learning experiences, ensuring relevance, engagement, and impact.
- Partner with technical experts and business leaders to keep content relevant and forward-looking.
- Team Leadership & Operations
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of talent development professionals.
- Manage learning operations and platforms, driving simplification, scalability, and learner experience excellence.
- Ensure operational efficiency and seamless execution of learning programs.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners for specialized learning solutions.
- Build strong internal partnerships across HR, business units, and leadership teams.
- Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Use data and insights to evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery.
- Track ROI and impact of learning interventions on employee performance and business outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
Education & Experience:
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources (MBA/PGDM preferred)
- 14+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with strong grounding in Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Leadership Development
- Proven success in leading high-performing L&D teams
- Strong expertise in competency frameworks, career architecture, and talent strategy
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Innovative thinking with a learner-first approach
- Analytical rigor with comfort in using data for decision-making
- Strong vendor management and project management capabilities
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments
