Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Team Lead. The Team Lead will oversee team operations, manage and guide team members to achieve performance goals, and ensure efficient workflow. The role involves setting clear objectives, providing feedback, and fostering collaboration. Responsibilities also include monitoring project progress, resolving challenges, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliverables.

• Experience with remote team collaboration tools and techniques
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant experience in a leadership role, ideally in a remote workplace setting
• Adaptability and a proactive attitude in dynamic work environments
