As a talent generalist at PwC, your primary focus will be on providing comprehensive talent support for leaders and guidance for employees, aligning talent strategies with business objectives. Your work will be instrumental in improving employee retention, development, and performance. Working as a strategic advisor, you will utilize your influence, expertise, and network to deliver high-quality results. You will be responsible for motivating and coaching others, collaborating to solve complex problems, and demonstrating sound judgment in decision-making. Your role will involve applying systems thinking to identify underlying issues or opportunities, crafting clear and engaging messages that convey a holistic story, and validating outcomes with clients while sharing alternative perspectives. You will be expected to guide the team through complexity, maintain composure in challenging situations, and foster open and honest coaching conversations at all levels. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams that contribute to the overall success of the Firm. In the realm of Coaching & Talent Development, your scope of responsibility will include being a visible HC Leader who shapes the people strategy for the Center and engages with leadership and engagement partners. You will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, assisting in shaping human capital strategy and priorities while driving consistent implementation of the People strategy within the Center. Your role will involve leading the People Leadership Team and collaborating with various Human Capital Centers of Excellence to build effective people strategies and drive employee engagement. Furthermore, you will facilitate talent management and development programs within the Center and provide guidance to the Center leadership on employment-related matters. You will contribute to thought leadership in human capital and high-performing teams, bringing creative solutions to strategic business and project needs. Your role will also involve supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives, collaborating with Internal Communications and Change teams, and representing the Acceleration Center in ensuring consistency of the people model and experience. Overall, your position will have a high degree of independence and influence over Center partners and staff in executing Human Capital strategy. You will work closely with senior leadership to establish and execute activities that enable the behaviors, structures, systems, and competencies required for the operating model. Your role will have a center-wide impact with global implications, requiring you to drive continuous improvement through human capital performance analyses and actionable initiatives.,
