Job Description

As a Talent Connector Associate at Accenture, your role involves improving workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. You will ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data and update client applications accurately and quickly. It is essential to have a clear understanding of the existing performance metrics in the process and improvise the measurement system for effectiveness and transparency. Following LWIs while processing and highlighting any anomalies in LWIs/process documentation to the SME/Leads is crucial, along with participating in team-building activities. Key Responsibilities: - Improve workforce performance and productivity, boost business agility, increase revenue, and reduce costs. - Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data. - Update client applications accurately and quickly. - Understand and improvise existing performance metrics in the process. - Follow LWIs while processing and highlight anomalies. - Participate in team-building activities. - Update process metrics on a daily basis and maintain MIS. - Demonstrate the highest level of customer service. - Ensure completion of own and related tasks. - Read, understand, and analyze client processes. - Process/audit employee tickets and service requests related to onboarding administration. - Ensure timely collection, verification, and processing of employee documentation. - Maintain accurate onboarding records and update internal systems accordingly. - Address queries related to onboarding and escalate issues when necessary. - Define and continuously improve onboarding frameworks, policies, and procedures. - Provide expert guidance and support to onboarding teams. - Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex problems. - Participate in client conference calls and prepare minutes of meetings. - Help/perform Root Cause Analysis on issues faced and suggest appropriate corrective actions. - Propose process improvement ideas to reduce time, improve accuracy, or enhance controls. Qualifications: - Any Graduation - 1 to 3 years of experience Please note that as a Talent Connector Associate at Accenture, you will be solving routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines. Your interactions will primarily be within your team and direct supervisor. You will receive detailed to a moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments. Your decisions will impact your own work, and you will be an individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, focused scope of work. Additionally, this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.,
