Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening profiles, and scheduling interviews Understand and analyze requirements across various technical skill set categories Use creative sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, head-hunting, and networking Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Adopt innovative hiring methods to deliver a rich customer experience Requirements Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills Be highly motivated, energetic, and eager to learn Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Show excellent organizational skills and attention to detail About Company: Qrata is a talent search firm that partners with top VC firms such as Accel, Matrix, Sequoia, Lightspeed, and more to help scale their portfolio teams globally.
