Talent Acquisition / US IT Recruiter

Role Summary:

• An (Ampcus Company) is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist / Technical Recruiter with a strong technical background to join our team
• In this pivotal role, you will drive and support our recruitment efforts for complex technical and professional positions, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire top talent
• You will collaborate closely with various teams to deliver scalable and effective hiring solutions that fuel our growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand and document job requirements for technical and non-technical roles
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Leverage technical knowledge to assess candidate suitability for various IT, engineering, and technical roles
• Analyze recruitment metrics and hiring data to improve processes and inform leadership decisions
• Optimize the recruitment workflow by identifying and implementing process improvements
• Communicate hiring progress, challenges, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders
• Utilize various sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to build talent pipelines
• Promote the employer brand and create a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Preferred)
• Proven experience in technical recruitment, talent acquisition, or talent specialist roles
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and discuss technical job requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
