Talent Acquisition Trainee

1. Assist in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.

2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.

3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

4. Manage the candidate database and update recruitment metrics to track the progress and effectiveness of sourcing strategies.

5. Assist in creating job postings and recruitment marketing materials to attract top talent to our organization.

6. Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment processes and improve the overall candidate experience.

7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team.

Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 10,000 - 15,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 2,000 - 5,000 /month
