As a Talent Acquisition Support, you will provide essential support to the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and internal databases. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to create engaging job postings and advertisements. Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is included, and the employer brand is effectively communicated.
Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure candidate information is accurately recorded and updated throughout the recruitment process. Monitor and respond to candidate inquiries and provide timely updates on their application status.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Arrange interview logistics, including booking meeting rooms, video conference platforms, and any necessary travel arrangements.
Support the evaluation and assessment of candidates by conducting initial phone screenings or coordinating interviews with hiring managers. Assist in collecting feedback from interviewers and maintaining candidate evaluation records.
Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates. Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Provide administrative support in various recruitment activities, including preparing offer letters, contracts, and other relevant documentation. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, time-to-fill, and quality of hires. Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and provide insights to the Talent Acquisition team.
Maintaining MRF tracker and ensure candidate information is accurately recorded and updated throughout the recruitment process. Monitor and respond to candidate inquiries and provide timely updates on their application status.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and impactful training sessions.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant training tools/software.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
