  • Exposure to Complete Recruitment life cycle. Expertise in Job assessment, Sourcing, Screening of resume, Initial screening Interview and follow-up.
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
  • Must have strong knowledge of sourcing techniques through social media, Naukri.
  • Experience in C2H and Permanent Hiring.
  • Source candidates on regular & niche platforms.
  • Flexible enough to Meet Deadlines.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Video call and structured)
  • Sound knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Create and main meticulous ATS records and perform other administrative / coordinative tasks associated with full lifecycle recruiting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
