Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Sales & Leadership Hiring(Self-Sourcing) - USA Location: India(Remote Work) Experience Level: Mid to Senior Level Timings: Night Shift Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to hiring efforts for Sales and Leadership hiring across the United States , with a strong emphasis on self-sourcing. This role requires an individual who can independently identify, engage, and close top talent without significant reliance on external agencies. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for sales and leadership positions across the U.S. Develop and execute innovative self-sourcing strategies to attract top-tier passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social media, talent mapping, and referrals. Collaborate closely with business leaders and HR partners to understand role requirements, hiring goals, and organizational culture. Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs in the sales and executive domains. Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, acting as a brand ambassador for the company.. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field. 6–8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with proven expertise in sales and leadership hiring. Ability to source using LinkedIn, social media, and Networking Proven track record in sourcing and hiring top talent within the IT services industry Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to develop effective sourcing strategies aligned with business goals. Demonstrated ability to self-source and independently fill senior-level roles. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of compensation structures, commission plans, and sales hiring benchmarks in the U.S. Recruitment certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter, AIRS) are an advantage.
