Job Description

Key Responsibilities: -Handle end-to-end recruitment for lateral IT hiring across clients like EY, LTI Mindtree, and Tech Mahindra. -Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals. -Coordinate with client SPOCs for JD clarifications, feedback, interview scheduling, and follow-ups. -Maintain trackers and ensure timely submissions with high-quality profiles. -Align candidate notice periods, budget expectations, and availability with client requirements. -Address client concerns like duplicity checks, career gap validations, and niche skill assessments. -Create and manage detailed candidate reports and cover letters (where required). -Support candidates throughout the hiring process from first contact to onboarding. Requirements: -Proven experience in IT recruitment (minimum 1 year), preferably in agency or client-focused hiring. -Strong understanding of full recruitment lifecycle and client coordination. -Familiarity with ATS tools, Excel trackers, and Boolean search techniques. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. -Flexible with client-specific processes, cover letter formats, and documentation needs. Nice to Have: -Experience working with large enterprise clients (e.g., Big 4, Tech M, LTI Mindtree). -Basic knowledge of niche IT skills and cloud technologies. -Awareness of compliance factors like notice period norms, career gaps, and duplicity protocols.
