Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at our company, your role will involve developing and implementing sourcing strategies to attract top talent. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. Collaboration with the TA Manager to identify current and future hiring needs is crucial. Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process is a key aspect of your job. Monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics to improve hiring practices, staying updated on industry trends, and building relationships with external recruitment agencies are also part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding. - Collaborate with TA Manager to identify current and future hiring needs. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring practices. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. - Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Experience: 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. - Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques, excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. In addition to the key responsibilities and qualifications, the job also includes working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), utilizing interviewing techniques, talent sourcing, communication skills, negotiation skills, and data analysis.
