Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for lateral hires, leadership positions, and non-IT roles.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
  
• Review and analyze MIS reports to track recruitment progress, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
  
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance with all regulatory requirements during the recruitment cycle.
  
• Act as a point of escalation for critical hiring needs and provide solutions to meet business objectives.
  

Requirements

• Minimum

  5+ years of experience

  in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, with exposure to leadership hiring and non-IT roles.
• MBA in HR (preferred).
  
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact effectively with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  
• Proven team management skills with experience in leading recruiters.
  
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proficiency in

  MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  ; experience with recruitment software or CRM systems will be an advantage.
