Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for

  field sales profiles

  sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Cold calling & database management

  to build a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Conduct bulk hiring drives, walk-ins, and coordinate large-volume interviews.
  

• Manage stakeholder expectations

  by partnering with business teams and hiring managers.
• Track hiring metrics such as TAT, sourcing mix, offer-to-join ratio, and dropout analysis.
  
• Ensure

  candidate engagement

  throughout the hiring process to reduce no-shows and early attrition.
• Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and trackers.
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience in

  bulk hiring

  (1520+ closures per month).
• Strong expertise in sourcing via

  job portals, referrals, and other channels

  .
• Excellent

  cold calling and communication skills

  .

• Time management & multitasking

  skills to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Strong

  stakeholder management

  and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of

  ATS/Excel trackers

  for reporting and database management.
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, target-driven environment

  .

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline.
  
• 2–4 years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on

  bulk hiring for sales or field roles.
