Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for operations and kitchen roles.
• Source candidates via

  Indeed, Naukri, Apna, social media, and offline referrals

  .
• Hire for roles including:
• Kitchen Helpers
• Dispatchers
• Commis
• Chefs & CDPs (Chef de Partie)
• Kitchen Support & Operations Staff
• Maintain an updated candidate database and ensure timely closures of open positions.
• Partner with operations managers to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interview schedules.
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source performance, candidate pipeline).
• Support onboarding formalities and ensure a smooth handover to the operations team.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of

  experience in food/hospitality hiring

  – preferably in

  cloud kitchens, QSRs, or catering setups

  .
• Strong working knowledge of

  job portals (Indeed, Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, etc.)

  .

• Existing network

  of candidates in the food or restaurant industry.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage

  high-volume, fast-paced hiring

  independently.

• Immediate joiner
