Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Post job openings on various platforms as per hiring needs
  • Source and screen resumes based on job criteria
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
  • Maintain candidate data and records in the ATS
  • Support campus hiring and walk-in drives
  • Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and recruitment partners



Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors/MBA degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment tools (training will be provided)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
