What You’ll Own 🔹 Market‑mapping head‑hunting senior individual contributors and managers in B2B demand‑gen, RevOps, consultative sales, analytics, etc. 🔹 Build and run project‑based hiring pods that meet aggressive ramp‑up SLAs for India mandates. 🔹 Advise business on pricing, talent models competitor intelligence during RFP/bid cycles. 🔹 Drive the full funnel—sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation and pre‑boarding experience—with . 🔹 Experiment with AI/automation tools (SeekOut, LinkedIn Insights, our in‑house ATS) to reduce time‑to‑hire by 35%. What Will Make You Successful ✔ 4–7 years in non‑tech / GTM or business‑function senior level hiring (Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Finance) preferably from consulting background ✔ Proven record of closing strategic/niche roles across India or APAC within tight cost constraints. ✔ Comfortable with market intelligence salary benchmarking; you speak the language of hiring managers AND finance teams. ✔ Hunter mindset: boolean wizardry, referral hacking, community outreach ✔ Stakeholder savvy—able to influence C‑suite and negotiate offers that balance margin candidate delight. ✔ Data‑driven: you live in spreadsheets, dashboards and ATS workflows.
