Talent Acquisition Specialist

1. Leadership & Senior-Level Hiring

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for CXO, VP, Director, GM, and other leadership roles in luxury, residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.
  
• Partner closely with business heads to define role requirements, competencies, and success parameters.
  
• Conduct targeted headhunting through professional networks, industry connects, and digital sourcing platforms.
  

2. Sourcing Strategy & Market Mapping

• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive networking and market intelligence.
  
• Map competitors and target companies for potential talent, especially in premium and luxury real estate segments.
  
• Use LinkedIn, industry forums, real estate exhibitions, and leadership networking groups for sourcing.
  

3. Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business leaders, project heads, and external consultants to align recruitment with business timelines.
  
• Advise stakeholders on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring strategies.
  
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company in the talent market.
  

4. Recruitment Process Excellence

• Design structured interview processes and assessment tools for leadership evaluations.
  
• Ensure best practices in candidate experience, from first contact to onboarding.
  
• Negotiate offers, manage counteroffers, and ensure smooth joining formalities.
  

5. Employer Branding & Industry Presence

• Support HR and Marketing in employer branding initiatives, showcasing the company as an employer of choice in real estate.
  
• Participate in industry events, real estate summits, and job fairs to strengthen talent visibility.
