Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding

• Source and attract candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean search, referrals)

• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates skills and fit

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and track interview feedback

• Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports

• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Familiarity with job portals and professional networks (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines

• Proficient in MS Office and ATS tools

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience recruiting in [It / Non It] domain

• Knowledge of HR policies and compliance

• Exposure to employer branding initiatives
