The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding Source and attract candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean search, referrals) Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates skills and fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and track interview feedback Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist Familiarity with job portals and professional networks (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines Proficient in MS Office and ATS tools Preferred Skills (Optional): Experience recruiting in [It / Non It] domain Knowledge of HR policies and compliance Exposure to employer branding initiatives Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary Incentives based on performance Health benefits Career development opportunities Friendly and collaborative work culture
