Recruiter


Responsibilities:


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments.
  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.



Requirements:


  • 1–2 years of recruitment experience (in-house or consultancy or talent acquisition).
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing tools and recruitment metrics.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
