Role (What you own)

Full cycle hiring for non-tech (sales, finance, ops) roles and Tech (Pega, ServiceNow, cloud, data) roles.

Close 4-6 mid-level positions per month within ? 45 days basis requirements.

Partner with hiring managers to turn business needs into clear, compelling JDs

Drive data-based sourcing strategies and continuously improve time-to-hire, quality-of hire, and candidate experience

Key Responsibilities

Run structured intake meetings, clarify success criteria, finalise JD & scorecards

Build multi-channel pipelines (LinkedIn Recruiter, niche forums, referrals, campus, social)

Maintain 3 candidate funnel for every opening; track metrics in ATS

Conduct first-round fit assessments (skills + behaviours)

Schedule panels, gather feedback, bring best interview practices.

Negotiate within budget, achieve > 90 % offer-accept rate

Hand off seamlessly to HR Ops for pre-boarding and Day-1 readiness

Publish weekly dashboards (time-to-fill, sourcing mix, diversity)

Requirements (Must-Have)

2-5 yrs end-to-end recruiting for IT and non-IT roles in a fast-growth product or IT firms.

Proven closure record: 4-6 hires/month, ? 45 days average TTH

Strong strategic acumen: workforce planning, market mapping, funnel analytics

Tools: Zoho Recruit/CRM (or similar ATS) + LinkedIn Recruiter

Excellent verbal & written English; confident.
