Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare staff.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for technical and clinical interviews.
  • Partner with external recruitment agencies when required.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent market insights.
