• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for critical marketing roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality profiles.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.
• Utilize

  ATS platforms

  for tracking, reporting, and process efficiency.
• Stay updated with talent market trends, especially in ecommerce and digital marketing.

What Were Looking For:

• 25 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in

  digital marketing hiring

  .
• Strong expertise in sourcing through

  Naukri, LinkedIn, and networking platforms

  .
• Experience hiring for specialized roles like

  Amazon PPC, SEO/SEM, SMM, and content marketing

  .
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Time management, organizational skills, and ability to excel under pressure.
• Results-driven, ambitious, and proactive with a strong work ethic.
• Exposure to international recruitment will be a plus.
