Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Lead and manage a team of recruiters across multiple functions.
Drive end-to-end recruitment for junior, mid, and senior roles.
Partner with business stakeholders for manpower planning and hiring strategy.
Ensure timely closures within defined SLAs and budget.
Build strong sourcing channels (portals, referrals, headhunting, social media).
Maintain effective use of ATS (
Darwinbox
) for tracking & reporting.
Monitor key TA metrics TAT, source mix, offer-to-join ratio, cost per hire.
Improve candidate experience and streamline recruitment processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, POSH guidelines, and D&I initiatives

Qualifications & Skills:

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
5-8 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
At least 2+ years of experience in
team handling / people management
.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with
ATS (Darwinbox preferred)
.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
