Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Kolkata Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2-5 years of experience. Salary: 2,00,000 to 4,00,000 Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Utilize job portals, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to source candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements. Conduct initial screenings and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates. Maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics. Stay updated on industry trends and best hiring practices. Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external recruitment vendors and ensure service level agreements are met. Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and recruitment vendors. Daily Reports: Prepare and maintain daily reports on recruitment activities and vendor performance. Sourcing New Vendors: Identify and onboard new vendors to enhance recruitment capabilities. Data Analysis: Analyze recruitment data and vendor performance metrics to optimize hiring strategies. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Min 2 yrs of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of employment laws and hiring regulations is a plus. Role & responsibilities
